OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Legal Notice

A legal notice is issued on behalf of individual who is aggrieved by any action of the other party and the other party is asked to comply the terms of the legal notice within stipulated time.

Pre-litigation mediation

An application is filed before the Mediation Centre in order to resolve the dispute before initiating the litigation. On receiving an application from the individual, a notice is sent to the other party for attending the Mediation in order to resolve the dispute at pre-litigation level.

Court/Tribunal Cases

A Suit/Petition/Application/Complaint is filed before the concerned Courts for resolution of disputes/punishment for offence.

Arbitration

An arbitration proceedings are initiated as per the terms of the Agreement for resolution of disputes as per The Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions

A complaint is filed before the Commission for Redressal of grievance of a consumer of goods/services.

Post Litigation Mediation

During court proceeding, at the request of any of the parties to the Suit/ Petition/Complaint/Application, the matter/case is referred for Mediation Centre for resolution of the disputes between the parties amicably.

Complaint before Quasi Judicial Bodies

A Complaint/Application/Petition/Appeal can be filed before NCLT, Income Tax Tribunals, National Human Rights Commission, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Competition Commission of India, Electricity Tribunal, Railway Claims Tribunal, Intellectual Property Tribunal, Banking Ombudsman, National Green Tribunal, Central Information Commission, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Reserve Bank of India.
